Our Soft Washing Process

We understand you want to know just what happens when you have our company come to provide soft washing services so we’ve included the basics of our process. We will gladly answer any questions you may have regarding our soft washing services when you call us today.

1. Preparation

  • We will inspect your home and note any areas that might be of concern when it’s time to wash.
  • We loosen any dirt, debris, cobwebs, etc on the exterior or your home using long poled bristle brushes.
  • We soak the lawn surrounding the exterior and any plants nearby to avoid prolonged exposure of our detergent when it runs off while washing.

2. Washing

  • We use temperature controlled water to lightly dampen the home with low pressure.
  • Next we apply the soap to each side of the home. (Soft bristle brushes are used when needed for harder to clean areas.)
  • We clean one side of the home at a time for thorough cleaning.

3. Rinsing

  • Once the soap has eliminated the dirt it’s time to rinse with low pressure water.
  • If you have significant dirt and/or mold we will repeat the wash and rinse.

4. Review

  • Once we have finished rinsing the home we do a through visual inspection to ensure all areas were properly cleaned.
  • Your satisfaction is our guarantee and we won’t consider it completed unless you are 100% happy with the results.
  • Then you can schedule us to come out again in the future for another cleaning to keep your WNY home sparkling and beautiful at all times.
